MJR Realty & Appraisers was established in 1992 by Marc J. Rosenbloom.  In that year he acquired the Maryland provisional appraisers license and a Maryland real estate sales license. Over the course of time, appraisal licenses in Virginia and Washington, D.C. were added.  In May, 2001 the Maryland real estate brokers license was brought into the mix.  The Virginia real estate brokers license was added February 2005. Now, MJR Realty & Appraisers is a full service real estate Brokerage and appraisal company.
